Co-founder/Owner—Tony Lombardo
With a degree in computer science and specialization in artificial intelligence, followed by 17 years of developing innovative systems for financial services, Tony's full-time focus is devoted to managing Navi’s functional capability. This includes ensuring first-mover advantage; overseeing the implementation of Navi’s artificial intelligence; and defining/scaling Navi’s functionality to meet market opportunities. 

As the former Global Head of eLearning & Knowledge Management for Accenture Financial Services, Tony developed solutions for the world’s most respected financial institutions, a sampling of which includes GE Capital, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, and Merrill Lynch. Tony's work has been cited in technology and business journals, as well as the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times.


Co-founder/Owner—Debra Hall
With a law degree and 35 years of experience in financial services, business, regulation and executive management, Debra’s full-time focus is devoted to Navi’s content incubation. This includes engineering new content and managing resources necessary to launch a new domain/content vertical. 

As the former SVP & General Counsel of the Reinsurance Association of America and SVP of Swiss Re, Debra was responsible for leading industry teams toward national and global regulatory reform. She was a primary architect of the Terrorism Reinsurance & Insurance Act (TRIA); architected and led a campaign to reform U.S. financial security laws; and had a leading, award-winning role in the opening of international financial markets. Debra has innovated solutions throughout her career, administered budgets and supervised teams of people that were outcome-focused. Recognized as a financial services industry expert in the U.S. and abroad, she has published authoritative works, spoken throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia, and has testified before the U.S. Congress and state and federal courts. Debra’s personal experience with finding a senior living facility for a family member was the genesis of Navi.


Business Advisor—Peter Bowen 
Peter has over 30 years of marketing and senior management experience leading multi-billion dollar organizations in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Peter ran multiple domestic and international divisions of the H.J. Heinz Company including: Heinz UK & Ireland Ltd. as Managing Director; Heinz USA Retail Division as President; Star-Kist Foods Inc. as President; Heinz Pet Products Company as President & Chief Executive Officer; Star-Kist Seafood Company as President; and Heinz Middle East, India & N. Africa Region as Area Vice President. Peter started his marketing career at Procter & Gamble. Most recently, he has been consultant to entrepreneurial companies, both domestic and international, focusing on market entry strategies and opportunity assessment. Peter co-founded SeeSaw Networks, Inc. in 2006 and served as its Chief Executive Officer.

Peter provides advisory assistance in our B2C applications, and is positioned as acting CEO as we launch various B2B verticals using the NavXzy platform.   

​Knowledge Engineer—James Fangmeyer 
A recent graduate of the Wharton School (2015), James brings his background in statistics, research and analytics to NaviMinistry.org, a division of SagePoint that operates a spiritual search and decision engine based on our patented NavXzy platform.  James primarily focuses on engineering content, defining and validating user experience, and assessing data analytic opportunities tied to engine's machine learning capabilities.  James is also responsible for identifying market segments and preparing marketing plans, as well as meeting with strategic partners of NaviMinistry. 

Strategy & Business Development—Brian Morris
Brian has spent his 30-year career working in marketing and analytics for financial services—recently as a Vice President & Senior Marketing Manager with SunTrust Bank, previously with Blue Cross & Blue Shield. From 2012-2017, Brian led the Consumer Direct channel for SunTrust Mortgage, spearheading innovation, development and implementation related to both digital & direct marketing. He also functioned as team liaison between the marketing and analytics teams, leveraging his ability to lead and work within a highly matrixed organization, and to marshal disparate groups to work together to arrive at clear insights and business direction.

Today, drawing from his work experience and MBA, Brian focuses on NaviXpanse (NX), the financial services offering of SagePoint Solutions Group. In leading strategic direction and business development for NaviXpanse, Brian identifies potential applications with B2B clients, crafts marketing initiatives to showcase NX capabilities, and works with clients to realize value from leveraging our decisioning platform, as it applies uniquely to their goals for improving customer insight and analytics. ​
